The Asian cinema market is one where the sleeve is just as, if not more important than other sectors. The split-style of sleeve is, by consensus, the best route and most followed route to take – the top has the close-up, the lower half the action battle scene.
Momentum’s Goemon, a truly epic tale, out on August 16, has a sleeve that fits the quality and pedigree of the title. The film, after all, comes from the director of Casshern and the producer of The Grudge, and boasts the kind of credibility that other film in this sector would die for.
And the sleeve looks sumptuous, not only because of the design, but also for the premium O card being used, with a matt laminate effect and spot UV finish.
Momentum’s Clare Dundrow said: “We’re very excited about this release because of the strength of the film and the pedigree attached to it – coupled with the fact it will look stunning on shelf. We’re confident Goemon will perform to our expectations.”
